Initial Coaching Session (Required prior to any A La Carte Sessions)

This option is only for those who are close to being fully recovered and just need some final tweaks or for any chronic conditions that are minor and do not have a big impact on your life.

In order to provide you with the best possible support, I need to get to know you, your history, your present, and your future goals. This session is required prior to signing up for any Individual A La Carte Sessions.

This session will establish you within my practice, establish our connection, and will allow me to be able to serve you much more effectively and more extensively as we work together.
